Application: Shutoff valve on a boiler, tank or vessel, or in a pipeline, transfer/de-coking pipeline on an ethylene cracker.
DN 50 up to DN 1200; 2" up to 48", larger nominal diameters upon request.
PN 2,5 up to PN 250; up to 1500 Lbs, dependant on the size
Protected seal in OPEN and CLOSED position
No penetration of solids into the valve bag through the guide plates.

Sealing seat pressing only in end position via the adjustable wedge system; no uncontrollable blockage of the valve due to intermediate positions!!!

Material: C-steel (CS), stainless steel (SS), duplex, super duplex, incoloy®, inconel, titan (Ti), zirkonium (Zr), uranus® B6, tantal (Ta), nickel (Ni), hastelloy®, monel.
Design: cast of welded.
Operating conditions: High temperature, cryogenic temperature, abrasive, corrosive, vacuum.
Medium: Liquids, liquids with solids, gas powder, powdery substances, viscous and highly viscous substances.
Application: Chemical and petrochemical industries, plastics and polymers, gases.
Actuation: Hand wheel, single or double acting pneumatic drive, electric or hydraulic drive, air pressure motor.
